Victoria Royals Release Preseason Schedule

The team will play four preseason contests on the road ahead of the regular season

The Victoria Royals today announced their preseason schedule in preparation for the 2022-2023 Western Hockey League Regular Season.

The Royals will see the team play four games on the road between Saturday, September 10 and Wednesday, September.

The team will open their preseason on Saturday, September 10 against the Prince George Cougars at Jon Baillie Arena in Port Coquitlam, BC, before taking on the Vancouver Giants at the Langley Events Centre the following night on September 11.

The Royals will then ride north to complete their exhibition schedule with contests against the Kelowna Rockets at Prospera Place on Tuesday, September 13 and the Kamloops Blazers at the Sandman Centre on Wednesday, September 14.

“We’re excited to get the group together and begin building our chemistry and identity for the 2022-23 season,” said General Manager and Head Coach Dan Price. “We have an exciting balance of returning veterans and incoming prospects who will all push each other to excel this year, and who are looking forward to the first BC Division clashes in September.”
